Happy birthday to the masterful writer responsible for Fior di Sardegna (1892)[Flower of Sardinia], La via del male (1896) [The Evil Way], and Il vecchio della montagna (1900) [The Old Man of the Mountain], with which she became known as one of the best young female writers in Italy.
